And we want Primary Schools to take part and become Goose Detectives - just like the school children in the show. Take the time to learn about this amazing journey, log sightings and even meet the people and communities that the geese encounter.

Interactive educational content

At rte.ie/goose, there will be a huge range of educational resources (in Irish and English) for teachers, parents, and students, including lesson plans, activities, and science-based fact sheets. These resources are designed to complement the series and provide additional learning opportunities both in the classroom and at home from our friends at Green Schools Ireland.

Through this, children will deepen their connection to the natural world by solving puzzles, learning more and tracking the migration patterns of the geese. They will also be able to submit their own Brent Goose sighting which will be displayed for others to see.
