On Wednesday 4 June, thousands of secondary school pupils will begin their Leaving Cert and Junior Cycle exams.

As nerves build in households around the country, students may be wondering if they should sacrifice sleep for an extra few hours of study, what to do if their hand starts to cramp up during an exam, how to prevent tummies from rumbling in the quiet exam hall, or how to deal with a moment of anxiety or stress.
