RTÉ TV Series Celebrating Multicultural Weddings
Esras Films is producing a second season of our successful TV series for RTÉ One, exploring the beauty and complexity of multicultural, multi-national, and multi-faith weddings. As Ireland continues to become more diverse, we see increasing numbers of couples from different cultural, ethnic, and religious backgrounds choosing to marry, with many opting for meaningful wedding ceremonies.
Season One celebrated these couples' unique love stories, showcasing the way multicultural weddings bring together a blend of rich traditions, customs, and ceremonies that reflect contemporary Ireland. Season Two will continue this celebration, highlighting the challenges, joys, and beauty of weddings that unite not only two people but also their families, communities, and cultures! The six part TV series will broadcast on RTÉ One in early 2026.
What are we looking for?
We are searching for multicultural couples who are planning a wedding ceremony in 2025.
We want to hear from couples who won’t let issues of difference get in the way of love. We are looking for couples who just want to get married with A RING AND A PRAYER. We want to find those stories and share them with viewers!
Why participate?
