Ireland's Fittest Family is back!
Now in its thirteenth year, the competition will be more intense than ever before, with some unexpected twists and turns planned for 2025.
We’re combing the country to find the fittest, fastest and strongest families. Maybe this year it could be your family scaling the ramp for the title of Ireland’s Fittest Family.

Requirements:
Teams must have at least one male and one female member.
Teams must have at least two generations.
A team can be made up of four immediate family members (a minimum of one parent/step-parent, one child), or if this isn’t possible, three immediate family members (as above) and an extended family member (Grandparent/First Cousin/Aunt/Uncle).
Minimum age to take part is 14 years old by 14th June 2025
The series will be filmed between May – mid August 2025 and families will be required for up to eight filming days (mostly on location) over this period.
