This will be Smith's second Lions tour, having earned a late call-up as injury cover during the 2021 tour of South Africa.
The out-half was called up after just his second Test cap for England in the summer of 2021, scoring seven conversions in his only appearance against the Stormers in Cape Town.
A Premiership winner with Harlequins in 2021, the versatile back made his Premiership debut at the age of just 18, and has already played more than 170 times for the club, in addition to his 44 England caps.
