Itoje is on his third Lions tour, having played in all six Tests in New Zealand 2017 and South Africa 2021.
The Saracens lock was made captain of England for the 2025 Six Nations, replacing his club team-mate Jamie George. He is also the first English captain of a Lions tour since Martin Johnson in 2001.
Itoje has won five Premiership titles and three Champions Cups in his time at Saracens.
