An England international since 2016, Genge has been first-choice at loosehead for England since 2021, and there was little debate about his selection to the Lions this summer.
The Bristol native made his breakthrough with Leicester Tigers in 2016 and would go on to become club captain in 2021, skippering the Tigers to a Premiership title in his final appearance, before returning to Bristol Bears that summer.
Captained England for the first time in the 2023 Six Nations against France.
