England hooker Cowan-Dickie is on his second Lions tour having started the opening two Tests in South Africa and coming off the bench in the third.
He made his Exeter Chiefs debut aged just 18 and won the Premiership in 2017 and 2020, as well as the Champions Cup in 2020, before joining Sale in 2023.
The front row has Six Nations winners medals from 2016 and 2020, and was a World Cup runner-up in 2019.
